- Missing or damaged items must be reported with proof
How to Claim
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and clear photo or video proof of the damaged or missing item
- Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days
Resolution Options
- Exchange — We'll send a replacement item at no extra cost
- Refund — A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after verification
Non-Eligible Items
- Claims made after 7 days of delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
