  2. Provide your order number and clear photo or video proof of the damaged or missing item
  3. Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days

Resolution Options

  • Exchange — We'll send a replacement item at no extra cost
  • Refund — A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after verification

Non-Eligible Items

  • Claims made after 7 days of delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
